🚑 Prescription & Medication Delivery

Because being far away doesn’t mean you can’t make sure your student gets what they need, when they need it. Whether it’s a prescription refill, an urgent antibiotic, or over-the-counter essentials, mindyKNOWS will personally pick up and deliver medications directly to your Hawkeye in Iowa City —giving you peace of mind that it’s handled.

Options:

Standard Delivery – $40
Pickup and delivery within Iowa City during regular business hours (8:00am–5:00pm). Includes coordination, delivery to campus/apartment, and confirmation once complete.
Whenever possible, we will complete your student’s delivery the same day, though this cannot be guaranteed.
(Plus the cost of medication/supplies from the pharmacy.)

After-Hours Delivery – $70
Requests made after 5:00pm for same-day service (until pharmacy closing, typically 10:00pm) are considered after-hours. Includes priority coordination and delivery.
(Plus the cost of medication/supplies from the pharmacy.)

Note: If a request involves multiple stops or unusually long wait times, additional time may be billed at $65/hour, prorated in 15-minute increments.

A 10% service charge and 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied to the cost of medications or supplies purchased from the pharmacy.

This package will be delivered to UIOWA campus or apartment at a time and specific location to be determined by customer and mindyKNOWS.
