Ship your item(s) directly to mindyKNOWS IOWA in Iowa City, and we’ll personally deliver it to your student — saving time, avoiding campus mailroom delays, and ensuring important or time-sensitive deliveries (like refrigerated items, passports, or care packages) get safely to their hands.

This service is ideal for:

• Packages that need refrigeration or delivery

• Important items (passports, documents, electronics, etc.)

• Deliveries your student doesn’t have time to pick up on campus

If a signature is required upon receipt of the package, additional charges may apply.

Packages will be delivered on or off  U of Iowa campus at a time and location coordinated between mindyKNOWS and the customer. We’ll always do our best to provide same-day delivery or within 24 hours of receiving your package.
