For families who want the ongoing benefits of membership throughout their student’s entire NAU journey, the 4-Year Membership offers convenience, savings, and peace of mind. Pre-pay once and lock in discounted pricing for all four years.

Your membership includes:

• 8 free delivery services (2 per year)

• 8 wellness check-ins: we’ll deliver your student’s favorite beverage, check in on them, send you a photo, and include a note from home if you’d like

• Direct-to-student package delivery per month — ship one package directly to mindyKNOWS NAU in Flagstaff, and we’ll personally deliver it to your student (ideal for important or time-sensitive items)

• Discount on all standard care packages featured on our website (excludes custom packages)

• Unlimited guidance and recommendations

• Access to member-only packages

• Monthly updates and reminders

With the 4-Year Membership, you’ll know your Lumberjack has consistent, local support — and you’ll enjoy the reassurance that mindyKNOWS NAU is here for your family every step of the way.

Because of the highly personalized nature of this business, memberships are limited. The following terms apply to all memberships.  Please see our Terms of Use for a full description of our terms.

• We respond to correspondence between 8:30am-8pm MST.
• Custom deliveries start at $35.
• After the first half hour, hourly rates apply.
• A $25 rush fee may be applied for requests with less than 36 hours notice.
• Extra services (i.e. packing, organizing, shopping) will be billed at $60/hour.
• We are unable to drive students to and from appointments.
