Terms And Conditions

  • We respond to correspondence between 9am-8pm CT.
  • Custom deliveries start at $35. A 10% service charge and 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied to all custom deliveries.
  • After the first half hour, hourly rates apply.
  • A $40 rush fee will be applied for requests with less than 36 hours notice.
  • Extra services (i.e. packing, organizing, shopping) will be billed at $65/hour for semester/annual members and $75 for monthly members.
  • We are generally unable to transport furniture without explicit and pre-approval by mindyKNOWS UW-Madison; exceptions may apply. Contact us for more info.
