Ship your item directly to mindyKNOWS NAU in Flagstaff, and we’ll personally deliver it to your student — saving time, avoiding campus mailroom delays, and ensuring important or time-sensitive deliveries (like refrigerated items, passports, or care packages) get safely to their hands.

This service is ideal for:

• Packages that need refrigeration or prompt delivery

• Important items (passports, documents, electronics, etc.)

• Deliveries your student doesn’t have time to pick up on campus

Pricing:

• Members: One delivery per month included at no charge; additional deliveries available for a service fee.

• Non-Members: $30 per delivery.

This service covers one package. If you need multiple or large items shipped and delivered to your student, please use our Ship & Set NAU service.

If a signature is required upon receipt of the package, additional charges may apply.

Packages will be delivered on or off NAU campus at a time and location coordinated between mindyKNOWS and the customer. We’ll always do our best to provide same-day delivery or within 24 hours of receiving your package.
