With a Custom Package from mindyKNOWS NAU, you choose the items and we’ll take care of the rest — shopping, coordinating, and delivering straight to your Lumberjack.

🎂 Dinner from their favorite restaurant delivered with balloons for their birthday?
📚 A custom cake and a meaningful book to celebrate a job offer?
🎃 A Halloween package filled with their go-to treats?
☕ A gluten-free pastry box with coffee for a mid-week pick-me-up?

We’ll handle the shopping, pickup, and delivery so your student feels the love, even from miles away.

Pricing:

• $40 service fee (includes local delivery)

• Cost of items purchased

• A 10% service charge and 5% credit card processing fee will be applied to the cost of purchased items.

Most requests are covered by the $40 service fee. If your request needs extra time (multiple stops, detailed shopping, or special coordination), we’ll let you know the cost before moving forward.

Requests with less than 48 hours’ notice include a $25 rush fee.

Step 1 – Place Your Request
Add From Home, With Love Custom Package to your cart and let us know what you’d like included in the notes section or email us at: nau@mindyknows.com (favorite foods, special items, or a theme you have in mind).

Step 2 – We Confirm the Details
We’ll reach out to finalize the plan, estimate the cost of items, and let you know if extra time is needed for more complex requests.

Step 3 – We Handle the Rest
We shop, pick up, and deliver everything locally to your student — complete with care and a handwritten note from you.

Step 4 – Your Student Feels the Love
From birthdays to “just because,” your student gets a personalized surprise straight from you — and you’ll receive a photo texted to you of your Lumberjack with their gift, so you can share in the moment from afar.

This package will be delivered to NAU campus or apartment at a time and specific location to be determined by customer and mindyKNOWS.
