Show your Hawkeye how much you care with a custom package from MindyKnows Iowa. Whether it’s a birthday surprise, a celebration of good news, or simply a thoughtful pick-me-up, we’ll take care of all the details so your student feels the love—even from miles away.

You select the items, and MindyKnows Iowa will handle the shopping, coordination, and delivery directly to your student in Iowa City.

Examples include:

📚 A custom cake and meaningful gift to mark a special achievement
🎃 A seasonal package filled with their favorite snacks and treats
☕ A cozy coffee and pastry combo for a midweek boost

With the From Home with Love Package, your student enjoys a personal touch that reminds them of home, while you enjoy peace of mind knowing everything is handled with care.

Pricing:

• $40 service fee (includes local delivery)

• Cost of items purchased

• A 10% service charge and 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied to the cost of purchased items.

Most requests are covered by the $40 service fee. If your request needs extra time (multiple stops, detailed shopping, or special coordination), we’ll let you know the cost before moving forward.

Requests with less than 48 hours’ notice include a $25 rush fee.

Step 1 – Place Your Request
Add From Home, With Love Custom Package to your cart and let us know what you’d like included in the notes section or email us at: auntlauraiowa@mindyknows.com (favorite foods, special items, or a theme you have in mind).

Step 2 – We Confirm the Details
We’ll reach out to finalize the plan, estimate the cost of items, and let you know if extra time is needed for more complex requests.

Step 3 – We Handle the Rest
We shop, pick up, and deliver everything locally to your student — complete with care and a handwritten note from you.

Step 4 – Your Student Feels the Love
From birthdays to “just because,” your student gets a personalized surprise straight from you — and you’ll receive a photo texted to you of your Hawkeye with their gift, so you can share in the moment from afar.
