Long or Short-Term Parking in State College

Does your student need long or short-term parking for a vehicle in State College? This outdoor, uncovered driveway parking space is available in the Toftrees residential community, just around the corner from the American Ale House Restaurant and 2.5 miles from the State College Regional Airport. We have one designated parking spot which can accommodate vehicles up to the size of a truck and there is a Ring camera facing the driveway for added security. On nearby Toftrees Avenue, a round-trip shuttle service is available on home football game days for $20 per person that begins three hours before kickoff and there is also a CATA bus stop at the top of the street. The space is 1.25 miles from Beaver Stadium for those of you who don’t mind a little bit of exercise!

Rates: $8 per day, $20 per week, $80 per month.
