Um, where did the time go? I can’t believe it’s (almost) August already! I’ve had wine tasting this past Saturday with my friend Gina on the calendar for a couple of months now. Not only was it her first time visiting Savannah Chanelle Vineyards, but it was also her first time wine tasting since discovering she was pregnant with Baby Ava over approximately 1.5 years ago!
As the date grew closer, we reached out to the other girls in our circle of friends to see if they could join because the more, the merrier! The day was a pure delight, replete with a fun complimentary wine tasting (one of the perks of being a long-standing wine club member!), a delectable and expansive picnic potluck, a rousing game of bocce ball, cooperative weather (warm but not too hot!) and most importantly — fabulous company and scintillating conversation!
