I’ve been playing a lot of catch up at work and working out since I’ve been back from vacay, so the blog has gone unattended for a bit. However, as the title says, ‘Better late than never’ posting about the trip!

Last Friday’s workout – nada. Unless lifting my fork to my mouth and raising my glass a lot counts

Last Friday, I headed up to the island for a little Washington hospitality with these fine folks.

After being ‘on the road’ for 10+ hours with Susie, it was so nice to arrive ‘home’ to this scene which I am so very fond of. Gave Susie a quick tour and then quickly set about preparing happy hour and dinner on the veranda:
