After our picnic, bocce, and wine tasting at Savannah Chanelle Sunday afternoon, Sarah revealed that it was her mom’s birthday and invited us for an impromptu dinner out in honor of the occasion! Shrek joined, too, since Sarah’s mom has been hearing so many good things (I’m only assuming! 
) about our golf escapades with Sarah.
The restaurant of choice? International Kabob House near the border of San Jose and Los Gatos and let me tell you, I am seriously considering going back for lunch today! I know, right? I just can’t get enough of their lamb pita! The flavors are phenomenal, the food fresh, the service and presentation very nice, and the prices reasonable. I’d say they give our Falafel Drive-in (you may have seen it on The Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives) a run for the moolah!
And of course, no birthday celebration is complete without a little sweet, a candle, and birthday serenading
