Happy Easter! (Three days late.) We spent Sunday afternoon and early evening with Shrek’s family BBQing in his parents’ backyard. Steak, scallops, shrimp, chicken? Sweet potatoes, garlic bread, and my field greens topped with strawberries, tomatoes, and goat cheese? Lemon Poppyseed and Zucchini Carrot bread? YES PLEASE!
