Hands-down. Best. Cake. Everrrr.

I gave my camera to someone who forgot to snap a photo of my beautiful cake (coughShrekcough ) brought by my beautiful friends. Fortunately we had an actual photographer amongst us who didn’t fail.

Now, I know I’ve posted about this cake before because I’ve had a huge obsession with it since. Because it’s like this inside:

Vanilla Chiffon Cake with raspberry jam and custard filling by Bijan Bakery. What makes it so great? The “cake” is more like light n’ fluffy angel food cake, the frosting whipped cream, and who doesn’t like those with raspberry jam and custard?!
