Last night after dropping off gifts for the child I was matched with through the Bill Wilson’s Center’s Adopt-A-Family For Christmas program, Shrek and I stopped in Pho Viet, our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. It was the perfect night – dark, drizzly, and cold - for pho and bbq pork and shrimp.
